Bicycle Ambassador Larimer County Roll Out

Here are a bunch of ways to give back to the community to help with bicycle safety, education and enthusiasm!

Monday, 5/7, 6-7pm - Bicycle Ambassdor Program informational meeting. Learn how to become an ambassador and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Location: The Group, 2803 E. Harmony Rd. (building with the clock tower on the corner of Harmony and Corbett Drive)
 
Saturday, May 12 and July 7, 8am-4pm.  Traffic Skills 101 (TS101) - FREE – includes lunch and materials. Location TBA.  Based on the League of American Bicyclists curriculum, this course will include bicycle safety checks, fixing a flat, on-bike skills and crash avoidance techniques. Monday, May 14,  5:30-7pm, at Poudre Fire Authority Station #14, 2109 Westchase Rd., Fort Collins 80528 - Conflict Resolution - As a Bicycle Ambassador in Larimer County, you will encounter people with a variety of perspectives about biking and biking safety. In this session you will learn the basics of conflict resolution and practice some skills to prevent and defuse esclating situations. You’ll also learn some tips for having productive interactions and effectively communicating your message. FREE. RSVP to info@bicycleambassadorprogram.org or 970-495-7503.
